Jackie’s Mobile Bar is a family run business and is run from home by Jackie and her two daughters Samantha and Emma. With 30 years experience in the licensing trade, Jackie’s Mobile Bar service offers a professional, fully decorated, handmade wooden bar for any occasion.

Jackie’s mobile bar can be set up within any venue or place of your choice, I can arrange three different types of licenses, either just a bar license with or without an extension and a music license but the choice is completely yours! I will require 28 days notice to be able to apply for these licenses for your event and 10 days for any special drink requirements. We have full public liability insurance.

The dimension of the bar requires a 5 X 4 meter area and use of two electrical points.
The bar is fully stocked with a variety of alcoholic, non-alcoholic and soft drinks, with tea & coffee available on request. I can also supply glass or plastic glasses for your event, as this has been popular for high volume events.

The mobile bar can be decorated with balloons, bows, and flowers to emphasize your event at no extra cost to you! I can also arrange to provide cocktails for your occasion or why not try my punch fountain to add that special feature to you event. Wine glasses and champagne flutes available for private hire at reasonable prices.

I am unsure how to apply for a licence.
I will supply a full licence for the date of your event. This can be just a bar licence or extended licence or music licence

I have heard that out side bar drink prices are expensive.
Being a family run business and not connected to any public house I am able to keep my price extremely competitive.

How much would it cost me to have a mobile bar?
The set up fee is set at £80.00 to cover staffing. In the event of cancellation, 28 days minimum notice is required in writing to avoid the full set up fee being charged.

What do you supply with your set up?
Glasses, plastic or glass
A professional hand made wooden bar fully decorated to compliment your event.
Myself with fully trained staff
Fully stocked bar with the drinks of your choice
Cooling equipment for draught beers and a bottle fridge for bottled drinks, wines
A full licence of your choice.

Do I need to provide anything for you bar?

Can you provide champagne and serve to our tables?
Yes I am able to purchase champagne of your choice and can serve this either as a welcome drink or serve to you tables. I can also provide wine for the tables.

Can I purchase the wine by bottle to accompany the meal?
Wine can be pre-ordered and will be invoiced to you.

Do you provide reception drinks?
Reception drinks can be provided at a quoted rate per head

Do you serve wine at the tables?
Our service is tailored to suit your requirements.
